Mr. Pramod Gaikwad
The creative force behind Parth Valves and Hoses LLP. Born and educated in Satara, he spent 12.5 years at Alfa Laval Saunders using his engineering degree and production specialisation before striking out on his own in 2007 in Pune. His skill at creating unique valves grew the business — early years split between trading and tailor-made valve work — and in 2012 he established a manufacturing unit producing valves and hoses for the food, dairy and pharmaceutical sectors. Instead of telling people what they need, the business focuses on solving their problems.
